vs x6 error code -20

Hello
I just get the video studio pro 6 ultimate
upgrade / download version.
When i try to install on my computer
i get the error code -20 when the program trying to configure directx.
I have direct x ver 10.
I have try to reinstall windows with all updates from micosoft, with no luck.
Please help
