Monitor/Display Make & Model: LG 27" + Samsung 19"

Is anyone using LAME MP3 encoder without problems?

I have it installed, it works with other video tools, but in VS X6 I don't see it as an option when saving an XviD AVI file.

Searching the forums I'm warned to stay away from it because some people have problems. That must mean some people don't, are you one of them? Did you get around the fact that it wasn't appearing as an option in a custom save or an option to put into a template ? If so, how? Was using a 64 bit processor an issue?
