Videostudio X5 and speed/generation issue with project/clip

Hello,
I have a problem with the project creation and the DVD creation.
I have different clip formats (MP4, MOD) and when I play them in the project clip by clip it works.
But as soon as I choose to play the whole project, it shows the start of the project and then jumps to the end of the project. None of the clips are played
During the work I had a little problem with one of the clips where the speed was not right but I kicked the clip out.
I have no idea where to look at.
I hope somebody can help me
