The URL reads "forum.corel.com". This looks like something very official. If the site admin of the forum isn't working for Corel, and can't relay to Corel, then this is something Corel should fix ASAP.
Look at Blizzard, World of Warcraft. You know, only the biggest MMO on the planet. How do they do it? They have paid staff reply and help in the forum, who rely information to the developers. That way developers aren't overloaded, and even such moody people as MMO players are kept happy.

The problem with that is that then the forums would go the way of the rest of Corel support and users would possibly have to pay to use the forums.

As it is at least we can provide help and guidance for people who have purchased and run into problems using the programme - and we do so by having a resource which spreads around the world.

We know about the problems with Corel and it's support - you are preaching to the converted - we are just happy that at least Corel is prepared to pay up for the hosting of these forums.

I'm all for the Forum, because it can fix 95% of problems, but when there is an unsolvable problem there should be someone from the board, with direct contact to Correl, assigned to make a decision that it is unsolvable and that Corel should look at it. Something like, all problem go through the forum, and if can't be fixed, Ken contacts Corel directly. This eliminates 95% of the enquires, they only have to deal with 1 person, and because the assigned rep from the forum deems it to be a problem, it must be serious.
