Had problems upgrading from v7 to v9, wouldn't work. Then I got some really good help from the guy from Technical Support, named Juan Carlo. Long he be praised!
And it is my wish not to see again on this board messages claiming that Ulead TS does not cooperate. In my case at least this was not true.

When I started out with video editing I had a few problems. All were sorted out and traced to hardware causes, I might add, by ULEAD tech support and help from other users on some MSP forum.
Just because there are, allmost, only naggers here, who want everything served on a silver platter, you cannot use this fact to claim ULEAD or its tech service sucks.
I would like to see you try to solve someones problems with next to no info on hardware and software mix running on any particular machine. Out of the millions of PC's out there, I challenge you to point out two that are identical.
From following ULEAD forums for several years now, I found, that any one problem posted, with comprehensive details about the system in question, has been solved, and often by ULEAD tech support.
Unlike nejc, and I can add myself to those, nobody bothers to announce here that a problem was solved. There are also the vast majority of ULEAD users out there, who do not have problems, and, since they do not have the time or inclination to help others, never participate in any of these forums.
