Re: VideoStudio X6 & NewBlue filters
Wish I had known that last bit yesterday!!!
Otherwise, as noted above, I did as you suggested -- only I actually browsed to the vft_plug folder, as I have always done successfully before up to and including X5 (before I uninstalled it on this computer and loaded X6...)

Re: VideoStudio X6 & NewBlue filters
Hi Iorec,
I'd like to report successful installation without any difficulty. Have just installed VS X6 Ultimate and Bonus Pack, here's my experience -
downloaded w/o a hitch; then without removing X5 Ultimate from the C:\ drive, installed X6 and Bonus Pack on the E:\ drive without a glitch (used E:\ because C:\ is maxxed out).
When it is run, the drop down filter list shows 25 NewBlue filters scattered across the following groups:
NB Sampler (5), NB VE (9), NB VE-II (1), NB VE-V (1), NB Colorfast (1), NB Motion (8)
Perhaps the group names' departure from the NewBlue VideoEssential series names may have something to do with difficulty finding them in the program files.
