Error code on exit

Hi, I just installed motion studio 6 days ago. When I exit the program I get an error message. I have gotten two separate messages. I don't know how to fix this and cannot find anything in the knowledge base. Here are the messages I have gotten. This happens only when I exit the program. Technical support from corel so far has not been helpful.
