Video Studeio Pro x4
Tried search no help so here it is have VS 4 pro go to edit video and once I upload video to edit does not respond I Have windows 7 64 Bit 3.00 GB Ram Have reloaded the whole programe no change tried the new Pr0 5 same issues thanks for help takes 5 times for it to let me do anything and get video edited.

And welcome to the forums
Can we assume that the programs work ok if you use the sample video files from the library.
Given that both programs are having problems one would assume they are installed correctly.
Some video types are difficult to edit, not just by VS but all video editors.
Can you give some details regarding your video file?
Right click a clip in the timeline and select properties, what are they?
Take a screen shot of the window and attach an image to your post.

Lastly Corel do provide some patches for the VS X4 program , have you installed them?
