Photo Explorer help needed

I just got a new digital camera/video camera/web cam/etc. I have a lot of photos on the camera, but when I try to put them on my computer, only some of them show up.
What am I doing wrong? Help!

What type of files are they? Format? Are they different than the ones that do show up?

As far as I know, they are all jpg's. They were all taken on the same camera, so I don't know how they could be different files. They all show up on the viewfinder of the camera, I just can't get them to download (upload?) onto my computer.

Try viewing the pictures manually. Once you syncronize your digicam with your pc, open My Computer. You should find a new hard drive icon there. It should be for your digicam memory. Browse through that and see if you can find the missing images manually.

It's possible that you have two storage areas for your digicam, one is internal and the other is a memory card. If so, you can only view the pictures that is saved on one media. You can change the drive assignment from where Photo Explorer will get images in Digital Camera Wizard Setup. This is found at the "File" menu.
