Changing the width of the line when working in text

Post by pdxrjt »

So I typed "text" in the help box, did a bunch of reading, but didn't see the answer to this. I have two colored text.....a thin line in one color and an inner color. How do I increase the thickness of the outer line?

TIA

This outer line is called the "Stroke"

The stroke color is defined by the Foreground color on your materials palette and the Width of the stroke is defined by "Stroke Width" value on the tool options palette.

Many thanks. I tried that, but the text was "boxed" and not selected, so it did nothing. Knowing that was the proper command, I selected the text and it worked like a charm. Appreciate your answer.
