VSPTemplates Problem

VSPTemplates Problem
The Place Holders do not load as they did in the past. This is with the new VS Pro X6 that I just got. How can I load them so as to be useful? In X5 I used to just open the folders and they would load.

Hi
When you download an Instant project file, the older versions asked that you close the program before installing. X6 installed the Instant Projects whilst running, at least for me it did.
However to load the folder to the library you have to re-start VS X6.
The download file is saved here:-
C:\ProgramData\Corel\Downloads
The installed folder is saved here:-
C:\Users\User Name\Documents\Corel VideoStudio Pro\VSPTemplate
Any Instant Project folder placed in the VSPTTemplate folder should auto populate the library.
As far as I know Video Studio X5 uses the same VSPTTemplate folder

Ok I have had some problems, I downloaded the “4 in 1 fade”
The installation went ok without any errors, however the template did not show in the library. I know it has worked in the past?
The installed files were somewhat wrong, I know this cos I created this template.
The folder contains a second duplicate folder, which contains the correct files.
If you view the contents you will see a BMP file, this represents the library thumbnail. If you move this folder to VSPTemplates folder it will display ok.
X5 ---There was some issues downloading some 10 or so templates, Corel were aware and as far as I know fixed it.
The problem was a missing Bmp file, the one mentioned above that is used for the thumbnail.
I cannot remember exactly which templates were affected.
So how far are you getting in downloading and installing the Instant Projects.
By the way i have been working on Windows 7 and Xp, the download/Do-More window looked to have a different content, have to check on that?

I went to c:\programdata\corel\download and installed a few programs I found there. However, when I call them up in the program, they do not run and place the placeholders in their proper location. All I get is the folder contents and no means of running it.

In addition I was aware of some problems, one I identified yesterday.
Can I ask you to download the “4 in 1 fade” and tell me if you have any problems in installing.
Then count the template folders contained in the VSPTTemplate folder and compare it with the contents of the library Instant Project Custom window.
If you have any folders not working please let me/us know, so we can investigate further.
