new camera DSLR Pentax K-30

Hi all !

I have installed Corel AfterShot Pro version 1.1.0.30 for linux (64 bit). I bought it in 2011. For my new cameras DSLR Pentax K-30 and DSLR Pentax K-5 II s are not processed files in the DNG format. Corel AfterShot Pro them does not load. What to do?

I got both After Shot Pro and the K-30 a week apart last summer.

The only workaround is to use EXIFTOOL on every DNG file from the K-30 and replace the model with "PENTAX K-01" . Then Aftershot pro will import/process the K-30 files.

It's a very annoying step.

I made the request to Corel last summer , haven't heard a peep.

The 1.1.0.30 update which came long after my request did not provide the K-30 support.

So yes, don't hold your breath for Corel.
