Hi all, I am a hardcore gamer and I mod games as well as studying for a game design course, and this software has been so useful in everything that I do.
I went to use it tonight and it says I have 30 days to activate, I tried activation with my key from your website but it says "this serial number has been used too many times" (or something like that).
I have never gave anyone my key, and I need this software to work that I paid for.
The only thing I can think that caused this is is the fact I have changed my PC 4 times, with 2 new motherboards along the way (I am a gamer and I do a lot of upgrading)
I could not find an email to send my details too, and the phone lines and online chat are shut, I have 30 days left so it's not all that bad but I definitely paid for this and I want to have it registered again, because I will be needing this software for at least another year or two.
Please help, thanks.

Sorry for double post but yesterday I seen a chat now option, but it has dissapeared, I would find it easier to use a web based chat client to resolve my issue, any Ideas ?

just to clarify - when you say on "OUR" website - we do not have a website - you are not talking to Corel here and we do not have a "Chat" button.
