Hi all
Even so it seems to be a dying product I could not resist to do my photo work in Linux and so I purchased After Shot Pro. Unfortunately I am not able to register the product.
When I enter my serial number on the Corel webpage it keeps saying wrong format (I double checked the correctness and did not take zeros for the letter O or vice versa).
Previous to that I tried the in build register function, so maybe that is the problem. It seems to be impossible to contact Corel via simple email.
Grateful for every tip.

Re: Register Problem
I was in a similar situation when I purchased ASP right after it was first issued. And I have never succeeded since -- despite being a Site Administrator of this Board (but still only a user like everyone else here)!!
But it is only a minor annoyance. You can still use the product fully without registration. Registration theoretically entitles you to some free technical help from Corel for a limited period and relating to installation problems. After that, they want cash for help. Most people agree that any help they offer is at best questionable. You will get far more help here on this user to user web board...

Re: Register Problem
Thank you Ken. I just saw your register thread and everything is answered there.
