Getting Authenticity can not be Verified Error

I purchased PSP X4 Ultimate, a little over a year ago, and recently purchased a new computer. (I had purchased the software through the corel.com website digital download, so I downloaded the files directly from their site.) After installing it on my new computer I started getting the Authenticity can not be Verified Error.

I tried the chat program on corel.com this morning, but that person did not know what to do except to tell me to contact tech support, but unfortunately Corel does not seem to have any kind of tech support without a cost of $19. They do not even seem to have an email account, for contacting someone for help. I do not intent to throw away more money, for this software. I am so sorry I purchased the digital download rather than the cd version. I had thought Corel was a reputable company, but I now have some serious doubts.

I have also, noticed my files are no longer available for download.

I am hoping someone here can help me with this issue.

Thank you for your advice! I ended up requesting a refund and they sent me a new serial number. They seriously need to get some help, why bother to have an online chat if the people can't help anyone?

I also, took the advice from the first link and told Corel what I thought of their non existent tech help too.

It is ludicrous that they think a 90 day warranty is sufficient or even applies to software. These are not items that break! I know the software has many bugs, that cause people problems....but it isn't something that will break one's computer...at least I hope not. Needless to say I am greatly disappointed in Corel. To pop up with a notice telling a legitimate user the Corel software I am using is pirated software. They need to start caring more about their legitimate uses then wasting peoples time with this nonsense.
