Changing Pixel Size in X4

Post by delgadob »

I can not use my HP scanner. It looks like the image size is wrong and should be reduced to less than 49999 pixels high x 4999 pixels wide. Where could I change the image size in X4. Using Windows 7 Pro.
Thanks for info.

That does not work. The scanned image does not open and I can not do anything except close PaintShopPro.

I can scan and view the Preview, but after I do the usual scan, the message: Not enough memory to complete operation.... You may need to adjust yhour memory settins or use a smaller document."
The doc is a simple 8x10 page with text.
The scanner is set at a resolution of 200.
Scanner works with anything, including Photoshop, Omnipage Professional, etc., but NOT with PaintShopPro X4. I would say that my memory allocation is correct, since Photoshop is a memory hungry software and I can work on anything in that program.
