I am attempting to import audio into VS5. The file is named VTS_01_3. I have the music file as MPEG layer-3 audio [MP3]
The music plays fine with AVS and Windows Media Player.
The music was ripped off of a DVD initially but appears to play OK but on attempting to bring it into VS5 using Import from
Digital Media I get the dialogue box "There is no valid content".
Could you please advise. Many thanks, Roy.

Re: Importing Audio
Import From Digital Media is for importing Videos direct from a DVD- not for audio files - and you must have a DVD in your disc drive - or at least a Video_TS folder to select feom on your HDD,
For Audio use
"File >> Insert media file to Timeline/library >>> Insert Audio"
OR
Right click on the timeline and choose "Insert Audio"
OR
click on the opening folder in the top left corner of the library pane and browse to the audio file and select it.
