I have been using the program almost two years now. Help. I was working on a PSP image, not overly large. I saved it. I sought to import an image from windows photo gallery into my work. Windows program froze. I switch back and PSPx3 is fine working great at this point. I shut down the computer and brought it back because I couldn't get task manager to shut windows photo gallery down. When PSP3 restartes, running on Vista, what I have is A BLACK SCREEN with file edit view etc across the top. File is highlighted.View and Help are highlighted. On this black screen is three rectangles each is marked organizer: One: is organizer collections/computer this box two inches wide and an inch deep. listed there is video, tags, calender and so forth. I scroll this to the top. It is a list. Smart, all photos, folders-- a list. Number Two box: organizer thumbnails. It is a long strip near the bottom. Number three box: organizer preview there is a zoom slide and at the extreme right of this little box has the express lab and full editor tab choice visible. These three are in separate parts of the black screen. I try to open my file. The screen sort of flashes like multiple screens are open for a second like they are stacked and then is black. I shrink it. My file isnt behind hiding, nope nothing there just the desk top.
