Need assistance to remove Corel and Pinnacle accounts

Post by antoncony »

Hello everyone,
I'm sorry to disturb but I just can't find a way to remove my Corel and Pinnacle accounts.

I explored the Corel and Pinnacle sites, but there seems not to be a quick way to message Corel for this type of assistance.

I had to register to the Corel Web Board just to ask this question..., so now I have 3 accounts to remove:

1. Corel Web Board
User: antoncony

2. Corel (http://www.corel.com)
User: agrammos at hotmail.com

3. Pinnacle (http://www.pinnaclesys.com)
User: agrammos at hotmail.com

If anyone could please help me in this task it will be just great.

Thanks.

Well I can certainly help you with the Corel Web Board account - no problem at all there - when would you like me to delete it.

But as to the main Corel website and Pinnacle - nobody here can help you with that - as it says at the top we are a "User to User" web board and have no direct contact with Corel at all - we are all unpaid volunteers doing what we can - for FREE to try and help other users who are having problems with Corel Products.

I notice you are a Linux user and as far as I am aware the only Corel Digital Media product which runs on Linux is ASP - so perhaps you are in the wrong forum here even.

why do you want to delete them any rate - if you do not want them just stop using them and arrange for all Corel e-mails to go in the spam folder.

if you are having problems with a Corel product - not Pinnacle that is a different site - why not post your problem here - it is possible - but not certain - that another user has solved a similar problem and can give you their solution.

Thanks for the quick answer.

My accounts are pretty old, back when I created them I was trying some Corel's demo, and I had to register a version of Pinnacle Avid shipped with a graphic card I bought.

Now Pinnacle is part of Corel, even the Pinnacle support page remainds to Corel.

I don't like to leave things behind... But I think I'll do as you suggest.

Sure is a good thing a user community, it's kinda cooking biscuits at home and sharing with friends.

Thanks again for your support BrianCee, fell free to remove my Web Board account at any time.

Bye.

You should be able to unsubscribe from the emails entirely if that's the issue.
