Key number

Have a copy of my E-mail PSP 5 that is supposed to have Key number listed below. Not there. Went to on line site and looked at order # 159380776 Dtd 27 Nov 2012 and not listed there. Have Reinstalled software and cannot find a Key number. How do you get it corrected. Have a key number for 3 and 4 but wont work.

When I received notification , I received an email from corel-orders at corel.com. When I paid for the product I made a screen capture of the advice with the lS/N and download links.
My email with S/N replaced by XXs


Is this what you received or might there be another email about the same time.
I am assuming you purchased direct from Corel.
Also when I registered my program with Corel (create account and log in) when I view my products it shows the keys there.

My E-mail copy is the same as your screen capture except all it has is Download $20 e-gift card to the corel store. Look at my copy on line 159380776, 27 Nov 2012. Click on order number and it does not show any download for PSP 5 or the key number.
Tried to send screen shot but would not work in this box
