I wanna go back...

Post by ormdig »

Somewhere in past posts I thought there were given directions for going back to the previous version before open cl but I can't find it (them). I still have the download dated 4/13/2012 which I believe is the next to the last version. Properties doesn't identify the version number but I am pretty sure the date is correct. This latest version has become unusable for me. Do I have to uninstall the latest version and reinstall the old or just reinstall the old? I've never gone backwards before. Thank you, Pete.

Just install the version you want to use.
And you can see what build it is in the splash screen and the help->about screen.

cheers

Thanks afx, it installed and works great. I'm back to converting fairly quickly and can run batches with no problem. It was version 1.0.1.10. I guess iy was memory leaks or something with the later version, it would just keep getting slower and slower (converting, not editing) and finally quit. All these other editors I tried have their good and bad points but none of them could get me through 500+ shots of a basketball game like ASP can. If I could get the color like Nikon's proprietary software I'd be set. Thanks again, Pete.

I like their flesh tones. I need to learn how to set up a camera preset for color using something like a Colorchecker card.
