Trial won't play blu-ray

I just installed the trial version of windvd pro 11. It plays regular DVDs but not blu-ray. It says "Loading" and then nothing. I can play blu-ray with other products, so I know my system can play them. I'm running Win 7 Professional, 16gb ram. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact tech support if you're only running a trial. Any ideas before I uninstall this thing?

Forget it. I can't get this heap of excrement to work. It'll play regular DVDs, but won't play blu-ray at all and won't play other media files correctly. Cyberlink's PowerDVD works just fine, so that's the one I'm actually going to pay for. It's a shame. I've always liked Corel products and have used various ones for years. But why should I stick with a product when you can't get the trial version to work, and can't get technical support unless you pay for it.
