I'm trying to capture game video and am only getting 15 fps. Is there a way to change this setting?
I've looked in the help, the pdf manual, the menus and can't find any information on this.
p.s. I tried searching the forums for "capture" and "screen capture" but those words a flagged as "too common"
Any way to change the Screen Capture FPS?

Re: Any way to change the Screen Capture FPS?
For anyone else looking for an answer to this question. I received a response from Corel on their Facebook page and the screen capture frame rate is locked at 15 fps. That's a shame, it was one of main reasons (of many) I upgraded to X5.

Re: Any way to change the Screen Capture FPS?
Try FRAPS. It's a screen capture/realtime video capture program. Its primary use is for capturing game video in real time.
http://www.fraps.com/
I use it, and it captures in superb quality! Its default video capture format is .avi (huge!), but it imports into VS and can then be changed to different formats.
Here's a few comments from their homepage:
Screen Capture Software - Take a screenshot with the press of a key! There's no need to paste into a paint program every time you want a new shot. Your screen captures are automatically named and timestamped.
Realtime Video Capture Software - Have you ever wanted to record video while playing your favourite game? Come join the Machinima revolution! Throw away the VCR, forget about using a DV cam, game recording has never been this easy! Fraps can capture audio and video up to 7680x4800 with custom frame rates from 1 to 120 frames per second!
All movies are recorded in outstanding quality.
