Out of the blue I get an error screen during X4Pro startup on my Windows7 machine - "unspecified error".
Suggests sending dump file to tech support but this seems to be impossible : there is NO access to any technical support process that I can see, in keeping with the error screen advice.
I have removed, downloaded, and reinstalled. Makes no difference. Anybody got any thoughts please?

Excellent : thanks - the "helpful" piece of software that I removed was called "Browser protect", from Bit89 - now have a look at THEIR site, and tell me if they don't look a really upfront and wholly trustable bunch to you - they definitely ARE, because they say so !!
