WinDVD screen capture not working
I've been using the screen capture on WinDVD just fine for the past couple of weeks with DVDs, but when I try to play single episodes of videos that I downloaded on my computer (not off DVDs) the screen capture icon is greyed out and won't let me do it. I've even burned them to a blank DVD, but it still won't work. Please help!

Re: WinDVD screen capture not working
I have Windvd 10 pro and the capture has never worked on DVD or blu-rays.
I have yet to find a fix and I'm all but ready to delete the whole program and find another.
I bought the "PRO" because I need the capture function in the research I do for work.
How can a program call itself "PRO" and not even be able to do the capture function at all.
I can go to it, but all options are always greyed out and can not be accessed.
Can anyone help us on this board. Seems to be an issue that's been swept under the rug by Corel.
At least all the other post about it that I read, have no answers either. Does anyone know????

Re: WinDVD screen capture not working
I know this is user to user, but based on other parts of the forum I read, Corel developers
do view this forum. Still, seems like there is little help here
from Corel if you really have an issue with a program that support can't or won't deal with.
Because the developers rarely chime in, no one will ever know for sure.
Shame really, I like the working aspects of the program, but a simple screen capture glitch that never got a fix is just lazy.
Add in bad customer service and that all adds up to bad business. One would think they would
test a product completely, before pushing it out to the public.
Well, I guess they just lost another customer.
