Hi all!
I've changed my HTPC hardware from AMD A6-3500 to Intel i3 3220T. On my old system WinDVD Pro 11 works fine for Blu-ray 2D and 3D playback. After changing to Intel the playback is no longer possible. I can start playback but only get a green playback screen, audio playback and Blu-ray loading screens are still working. I use Windows 7 Pro 64bit. Blu-ray iHOS104 drive, HDMI 1.4 cable and Panasonic TX-50VT30E TV are the same as before.
The Trial of PowerDVD 12 Ultra shows all Blu-ray discs correct and works fine. So I think it will not be a hardware or Operating System issue.
I've activated and deactivated hardware acceleration for video in WinDVD, but without any effects. I've bought WinDVD in September 2012 - so the 90 day support is no longer available. Can someone tell me, if WinDVD does not support Intel HD 2500 or 3rd generation Ivy CPUs?
Thanks!
