I am evaluating videostudio 5 and intended to purchase it. However, when I try to burn a disc (br) or render a file, I get the dmp file error message. It tells me to contact corel tech support, but that is impossible. Does anyone have any ideas? Greatly appreciate. I really like the program, but this is a "show stopper" from purchasing it.

Re: HELP with rendering and disc burning
Difficult to offer any help since there is not much information in your post other then "it doesn't work"
What is your source file? What format? What properties?
Exactly how are you proceeding?
What are your system specs?

Re: HELP with rendering and disc burning
Good point.
Windows 7 Home
Attempted to record to bluray disc and then as a separate AVHD file. Both failed
I got the "DMP" and was told to send it to Corel, but (1) it doesn't copy and (2) without a registered copy of the software yet, its impossible to get tech support.
Source clips are from HD camcorder.
