My install went along for quite awhile and then stopped with an error of " cannot open database" in an install folder.
I tried a couple of times and then followed the VS UNinstall instructions at http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... dio-Pro-X5
no luck. Now the install barely gets to the splash screen ( of the install with the stuff you can do) and stops with "you do not have system privilege for installation. I've NEVER had that problem with anything. I did a "run as administrator" and got the same error.
Now what?

woo hoo, it has finally loaded. don't know what the problem was, and it started up too! hopefully all goes well.
