Hi John

The message there indicates that you have already installed Service Pack – SP2, just the wording from Corel that confuses us....No problems

The Additional menu templates can be downloaded from the Corel Guide – Do More tab

There are two menu packs, the first installs additional templates to the DVD Gallery, Menu Pack 2 installs for Bluray and Avchd.

Top right of the workstation is a disc / cogwheel to access the Guide ( you need to be on line) Do-More tab

Look for the Menu Pack, its about one third down the page?
If it shows Installed then you have done that?

By the way, how many templates do you see in the DVD gallery, for Smart Scene –Thumbnails and Text?

When you get there and it is greyed out just move/edit something (anything) in the menu and the option will become available

Thank you both for your helpful advice. I have now downloaded the bonus pack & 2 menu packs & successfully saved some new templates. However, my Gallery option drop-down list still only offers All or Favourites, no Smart Scene, Thumbnail or Text menus - not that I need anything else, so I'm happy with that. My DVDs are simple, one holiday, one video packages that don't require complex menus. I just like a nice start/intro page.

Thank you
John.

Hi John

Can you confirm you are doing this:-

Share Create Disc – DVD

Or are you doing Share Create Disc Blursy / Avchd

The bluray option does not use Thumbnail or Text menus

Thanks for that. It's all clear now. I'm doing bluray.
