Recording a Script file in PSP X5

Recording a Script file in PSP X5
I am in the Edit workspace and load my photo. When I select File, Script, the 'Starting Recording' option is grayed out. Any ideas why ? thank you. It is also grayed out on the toolbar !

Have you also tried View > Toolbars and ticked Script to get the Script toolbar and see if you can record from there? Also try another jpg image?
