Videostudio X5 Service Pack 1

I tried to download this SP but got a message "The installed version of the application could not be determined. The set up will now terminate"
I tried to find out how I could log this issue with Corel but, since the new policy of giving priority support to people who pay for it, I could not find anywhere on their web site where you can actually submit questions which you used to be able to do.

Hi,

The usual reason for that particular message is that service pack 1 is already installed - this can happen automatically depending on your settings in the Corel Guide.

This can be confirmed by checking the version number of your installation - to do that - click on the round orange button in the top right corner of your screen (has dots around it and a downward pointing arrow) - when the Corel guide window opens in the top right corner of that you will see two little gear wheels - click on them and from the drop down choose "About Corel VideoStudio X5" , Under the image is the version number - if it says 15.1.0.34 then service pack one is already installed.
