Importing from previous burnt disc (2 files the same)

Trying to redo a disc I did in 2006 on a previous program. When I go to capture and then import, it shows 2 files, title and chapter. They are both the exact same thing?
Is there any particular reason for this? thanks Bruce

What do you mean by redo a disc?
What kind of disc? Obviously it is not a video disc since you have only two files. It seems to be a data disc.
Perhaps you should post a lot more info. How was the disc created?
What are the full filenames on the disc?

I have a bad habit of not putting enough info.

I did a DVD disc on a previous version of video studio, I want to change some of the music. When I import it
under capture, I go to the DVDROM Drive, go to import, then it gives me two files, one says title, and the other says 1track (Both are the same with the exception of the name.)
If I look at the disc I see audio_ts and video _ts. Like I said I did this video maybe on vs8 or there about.

I am checking my older computer to see if I still have the video file of it.

Yes there will be two folders on a DVD if you view it in Windows Explorer- the Audio_TS folder will be empty. The Video_TS contains your videos but as .VOB files which all have very similar names.

I am not sure from your description exactly what you are doing - are you doing what I showed in this topic here :-
