Recently purchased VideoStudio 5x Ultimate with bonus offers Boris Grffiti 5.4, proDAD Mercalli se, proDADvitaScene v2le
also proDAD RotoPen.
While trying to use these apps Boris seems to work OK. proDAD Mercalli states that (Video analysis must be executed again) and proDAD VistaScene is not licensed.
Can anyone help explain what this means and how can I get help with this.

Re: Video studiol 5x ultimate
bendgee -- I have moved your post to the Video Studio forum as you had -- presumably in error -- posted it in the PaintShop Pro forum. You are more likely to get answers to your specific questions here.
I have used Mercalli a fair amount -- and successfully -- in recent weeks, and always get that message. But I just let the program run its analysis and it outputs successfully. Note, however, that it seems to only be able to produce HD video in progressive format (equivalent to frame based). So if your original video is interlaced, you will get that message, and the (second) analysis and output will be done in progressive format.
I have not really played around much with VitaScene, but certainly never got any licensing message. Did you by any chance install that separately or later than the rest of the VS installation? Sometimes, if these sorts of plug-ins are installed separately, they ask for a serial number; whereas if they are installed as part of the overall installation of Video Studio, they don't...
Hopefully someone else will have other ideas to suggest...
