Applying video filters to whole project

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a method to apply a video filter to the whole project instead of having to place it on each clip in the project.
I found you could do it in a MediaStudio Demo but I cannot seem to find it for VS.

Video filters are applied on a per clip basis as you mentioned. What you could try is a two step process where you render your whole project then pull it back in as a "clip" and apply the filter to that.
