This program will not open a message says the profile does not exist. I have tried reinstalling but it makes no difference.
Any suggestions please

Hi girly
Could you please be a little more specific. I'm not understanding what you mean by PIX3 not opening a message.
Uninstalling does not remove all the registry keys for PIX3 plus other residue files so when you reinstall, it's seeing the same problem.
Your version may have become corrupt. You can purchase it for $30.00 from Corel http://www.corel.com/corel/product/inde ... rod3430246
or if you have PIX2 you can upgrade for $20.

Re: PI X3
I have had this version for quite a while. Recently it would not open. First it said The Profile:does not exist.
Then someone told me to move the common.uxm file to the public docs folder.
Now when I try to open PIX3 it sticks at opening workspace profile, then a message pops up saying the program will use the last existing profile to open PI properly. Then it shuts down
I have a removal program which will remove all the files including registry files. If I uninstall PIX3 I cannot reinstall as I do not have the exe file and I do not have PIX2 and do not feel as if I want to pay for another copy of PIX3

Re: PI X3
It sounds like you have lost your software if you do not have the .exe file. I'm sorry, we can't help you and can only suggest you purchase the software again.
If you look at the webpage I gave again and view to the right it says Buy Now!
