When screen Capture, Videstudio take LOT of power, slow down

Post by theillustrator »

I am using Corel Videostudio PRO X5, using the Screen Capture feature to screen capture myself drawing and painting.

Resulting in WAY to much power taken up by Videstudio. So much the fan go highwire and the amount in the task manager says aroun 200 MB to almost 300 MB. That isnt fun, and the fan sounds like its making the laptop to make a lift off.

Do you know how I can make Videostudio to reduce the power it take up?
Do you have any tips to share?

Workflow
1)
Opened my Corel Photo-Paint program 2,7 of a 3rd of the laptop screen.
2)
Dragged the screen capture window from 1680 x 1050 smaller to perfectly fit the Corel Photo-Paint program I liked to capture, size of capture 1498 x 966.
3)
The second I started to draw and paint the Videostudio started to demand power from the computer, and the fan... well. it sounded yes. A lot.

Any tips appreciated.

Thanks
