PI 10 does not have a direct Convert Photo to Thumbnail feature. You can still accomplish the same effect by doing the following:
Open the image you want to convert to a Thumbnail, make a duplicate copy. Go to the Command Menu Item named Adjust, on the Menu Dialog List, select Resize.
In the Resize Dialog Box under the check box named User Defined; to keep the aspect ratio the same as the original, change one size, either height or width. (It is customary to set the width to 30, 60, 90, or 120 pixels, and the height will adjust accordingly, or vice versa.)
Uncheck the check box named Keep Aspect Ratio, if you want to change the image size in both directions to an arbitrary size in relation to the original.
Under the Dialog Selection Box named Resolution: change to User Defined, 72, pixels\in or cm.
On the Command Menu Select File, Save for Web, and save you new image as a jpg. You can change the compression rate as needed. But may have to adjust the compression ration to a lower setting to insure the Thumbnail looks adequate for viewer display.
If you have more than one image to process then you can Record a Task while modifying the first image. Once the recording is saved, Batch Task Process the rest of the images to the same characteristics as the first image. You can use this new Task to Batch process other images in the future. The previously Recorded Task, can also be modified should you need to make other or additional changes
