Hi, I have to report sadly that despite ongoing support from Corel the problem has not been fixed. We have tried various things. The screen capture does not work on my computer. Nor would it work using a trial version of X6. Disappointing.

Corel is forcing ppl to upgrade every title with every app. Both ScreenCaptureX6 and VideoStudioX6 have stopped working. Normally I refuse to modify my system by (i.e., deleting updates) and the like to get someone else software to work. That is uncalled for and risks security. In this case I gave it a try and still have the same issue. Neither app will run with not so much as a message as to why.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Greyed out button. Tried the solutions suggested above and still no luck. Will try them again, but if it still doesn't work re-install will be my last resort. Thanks for the posts.Ken Veal wrote:Well, I cant think of anything else apart from a re install, good luck.
