X4 no longer boots!

[BUGS-R-US]

Running Windows 7
ALL other programs working 100% fine -- Virus free PC
- Firewall (yes I allow Chatty/Annoying CorelX4 to call to home office at boot)
- 16 gigs ram - i7 - lots of HD space
Last used Corel X4 successfully about 6 months ago. No issues - worked fine!
I seldom add new software to this PC, it is a mission critical Audio workstation.

Went to boot Corel VideoStudioX4 several days ago and it hung on boot - black screen -spinning icon.

Went searching for patches in case I missed some, and downloaded and installed SP1 and SP2 for X4

Still no bootup!

Uninstalled X4 and X2 - cleaned registry using CCleaner - rebooted and installed X4 in root C drive - added SP1 and SP2 -
STILL NO BOOT!

here's the error .... my guess is either this has an expiry date (lol - better not) or something in windows installed since then, is conflicting with X4. Can't remember what I've installed over the last 6 months but it was very sparse, if anything.

And YES - ALL my Disks (X2 and X4) are paid, original disks from Corel.
I have also used VSX4_Cleanup to no avail.
