I am using Corel Motion Studio 3D

My Size is 640x480 how can i change it to 1280? because i want my videos to be HD

And i also bought the program :D

Simple. Click on Project > Dimensions. In the dialogue box which appears, change the dimensions to whatever you want. See image below.

Do what Ken say but that does not necessarily mean that you will get HD quality. All that will happen is that the video is "blown up" to the HD dimensions. If there are any glitches in the standard video they will be amplified in the HD video.
