PSP X5 starts but than shows"No Answer" in taskmanager

Hi All.

I'm not really satisfied with PSP X5 and the suppport policy of Corel.
I do have the following problem with this Software may be someone could help me.
I meanwhile Installed it severeal times with all of what I knew about installing software. For example disableing Antivirus software and so on. It didn't help.
Installing works fine. After reboot and starting the software PSP X5, it starts really fast and after showing the registration screen and registrering nothing more happens. The windows only showing the default navigation bar and the pictures found in my Pfoto bibliothek. Now trying to search for the rest of my Photos but nothing happens.
Consulting the taskmanager shows that PSP is Using 25-50% of CPU but no disk access and nothing else. It looks like as if PSP XV is talking to itself.
In Paralell I'm using PSP XIV and this works as expected.
Did anyone of you guys know, how to solve that problem.
I just was in Contact with the Corel Suport team and they offer me a temporary solution, renaming some directorys in the user envi and starting first as ADMIN copy the created directoy to the users envi and starting again. This works for a couple of days but now the same Problem again and a bit more, because the ADMIN d have the same problem now.
I 'm really satisfied with version XIV but PSPXV is not as good so far. The support group will not longer help me.
Please assist me in solving the Problem.

After sending a not so friendly ranting for the Corel Support, I today received a mail with a patch for PSP XV which seems to work on my side. I started PSP XV after reinstalling and also installing the patch provided by the support Team, and what a surprise it works by the moment. So I tried to modify some pictures finding other pictures on other drives and it works as expected.
After doing all testing I closed PSP XV and installed SP1 and restarted,oh what a surprise it works again. Again testing all the stuff I tested before and it's fine.

The patch send to me did some merging of some language files I rellay did not understand because it was to fast to really realize what they are doing there.

But at all, Expecting to pay something for a support service as long as there is no correct solution for such a problem is not a really good Publicity for a company trying to be one of the famous Picture manipulating software houses. The User are Beta tester now and they want them to pay for that.
Only sending bad ratings seems to help.
