Cannot contact Corel, so posting here

I purchased VSX5 and it is still under warranty. When I try to ask a question I am asked for the Support Code. It seems this is only given once in the original purchasing email, which has been deleted from the server.
I can go to my account see the products and serial numbers and also my Pin number. I have tried everything but none work.
It would be a good idea if the support code was available in my account (I guess that's why it is called an account)
How do I get my Support Code?

Unfortunately - as you can see from the title at the top - this is a User to User forum - we are unable to tell you how to get a support code other than contact Corel , but you are free to ask as many questions as you wish on here regarding using VideoStudio and I notice you have already done that - so look out there for some answers soon.

Corel sends me to this Forum for help. There is no way to contact them, is this a plan to limit customer support? I have purchased 2 new products from Corel and cannot make contact, this is bad customer support.
I guess if Corel cares somebody from the company will make contact?

We can answer most questions about using Corel products but we do not work for Corel and have no direct contact with their customer support so we cannot help with things like getting a support ticket or getting a refund for instance.

Why did you delete the confirmation e-mail containing the support code?

I did not delete it. It was left on the email server, which crashed, and I only got the emails back over the last 30 days, which is why I posted here.
