Hallo,
I purchased Corel PaintShop Pro X5 (version 15.1.0.1) a half year ago by telephone in call center. But since first installation and start PSP X5 always crashes a few minutes after start, also without doing any user interactions. Support send me a patch, which does not help. The crash comes on collecting fotos on my user folders for preview / thumbnail view in administration view of PSP X5, which could not be used and I have quick after start of program to disable cataloging of all user folders (own pcitures, own vidoes, public video) on windows 7 -64 bit. If all are excluded from cataloging, I can of course add a picture folder from an USB drive without problems.
Corel developers where not able to fix this problem (some users had the same problem), so Corel decided to refund my money in October 2012. Till today I have not got back my money. Corel support wrote that their refund was blocked by my bank. I asked my bank, but Corel employee, which performs the refund with globalcollect where not able to fill out right the payment from: they forgot to add the IBAN and BIC for a valid SEPA referral from United Kingdom to Germany, which can be seen in the screenshot of payment form the employee of Corel sends to me. If I ask by mail about this transfer, I got no answer. If I call agents in call center, they hang up the telephone.
Who can help me: first to get either a working PSP X5 or second the refund of my money. To whom have I write or call for this problem? I'm living in Germany and cannot access help in USA or Cannada. I also wrote a letter to Corel United Kingtom, but still I have no answer from that place.
Then I would like to say that I am not satisfied with the Corel support policiy: no help without money, no chat, no telephone support (only selling), no address where to call or come at by mail with the responsibles.

this issue is solved since PSP service pack 2 update to version 15.2.0.12
