I downloaded TitlerEX using the link in my VideoStudioX5 registration email. When I attempt to install it prompts me for a serial number, which I do not have. What do I do?
Thanks.

Re: TitlerEX activation
I found an article on the Knowledge base which may help - the way I read it you only need to activate if you purchase the upgrade, the supplied package does not need activation.
have a read and see what you make of it - it's here :- http://tinyurl.com/a5zs787

Re: TitlerEX activation
The problem is that the only programs the installer provides are ManageActivation.exe, ReportUtility.exe, and Uninstall.exe. There is no executable for TitlerEX, and the activation menu only has options for activate (with serial number), purchase, or continue Titler Pro in evaluation mode.BrianCee wrote:I found an article on the Knowledge base which may help - the way I read it you only need to activate if you purchase the upgrade, the supplied package does not need activation.

Re: TitlerEX activation
The problem we have here is that it is a very new offer with VideoStudio and not many people have received it so none of us has had a chance to find a the problem - let alone a solution.
It could be that you will have to bite the bullet and contact Corel Technical support direct and ask them to help.
there is some contact info on this page :- http://www.corel.com/corel/pages/index.jsp?pgid=800034
we try to avoid that route which is why we are here - but sometimes we just don't have the answer

Re: TitlerEX activation - issue resolved
Sorry for the confusion, but TitlerEX installed correctly. It also installs an application to install Titler Pro, but creates a menu item for it called NewBlew/NewBlue Titler EX for Corel VSX5.PHCorrigan wrote:Thanks, Brian.
