Wont let me activate after buying.

It's telling me 'Cannot connect to the server'. I'm guessing it's down and I'll just have to keep trying.

Can you see the URL address of the server it is trying to connect to? If so, does it say Corel or Ulead?

when I open Photoimpact and click on "Online Registration" - it does for a millisecond show Ulead.com in the address bar - but that changes instantly to http://www.corel.com/ulead_international.html - which then offers options to continue

I know most of us hate hearing this, but can you completely uninstall and try again.

Are you installing an update? If so, you may need to registration from the original programme then you will be asked for the update registration. I know this happens to me.

I too am having the same problem. I have completely uninstalled the program and I am using the download link from the email sent to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated I would hate for this not to work after i just purchased it.

If you have just purchased PIX3 and having installation issues then Corel will help you.
