Missing 'Do More' content

Hi, I have just had to re-install my copy of X5 Ultimate as for some reason the files stopped working..

When I first started the software it told me there was a service update (previously installed on last install and worked fine) but when I clicked on update now it just closed the window without doing anything.
I have downloaded the patch from Corel and that installed without problem.

ut now, on looking in the 'do more' section there are only 3 items, Boris, Newblue Effects and Jamendo. (I have the first 2 as part of the ultimate edition anyway)
The templates and other downloadable content are missing.

I appreciate I may have a bigger problem on my hands but for now, as it's running mostly OK I shall just let it be.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I am not 100% sure about a re-install - but on a new install it seems to take a day or so to populate the do more window - give it a day or so and try again.

I can confirm Glenlee's dilemma, most of the time, when X5 is opened, the 'Do More section' only contains the 3 items mentioned, previously downloaded and installed templates do however, still function correctly then just occasionally it does open correctly showing all available templates.
