PSPXI Color management question

In Color Management Emulated Device Profile I have the correct ICC profile of a Costco Nuritsu printer.
In the Rendering intent drop down menu I have four options: Pictures, Proof, Graphics, Match.
Where is a complete explanation what they mean and how to use them?
There is also a footnote:
"You can set your printer to simulate a printing press by choosing the Proofing option, choosing a device in the Emulated Device Profile drop-list, and choosing the appropriate option in the Rendering Intent drop-list."
How do I set the printer to do this? Does this refer to Proof in Rendering intent or is this option somewhere else.
I want to see on my monitor how would the image look when printed on the Costco Nuritsu printer.
