I have a user having an issue with the subject title. They create a drawing in AutoCAD 2013, save it and then tries to open it in Photo Pro. This was working normally until yesterday. Every time they try to open their new drawing, it comes back with a: An error has occurred while trying to read from the file. Older drawings will no longer open either.
Any help is appreciated.
