Pulsing glow

Hello. I am looking to make a specific effect on one of my videos. I want to have a radial glow that will pulse, as in get brighter and dimmer. Does anyone know how to create this effect?

I have been through all the filters, including my New Blue Video Essentials packages 1 through 4, but cannot find anything which really meets your requirement. The nearest might be either Lensflare or Light (both part of the X5 set of FX). But both would require a lot of adjustment to give the pulsing effect you are after. You would need to add a lot of key frames, but I still don't think either would give you what you are after.

Hopefully someone with some other package of compatible effects might have something more to suggest...

I'm not sure what kind of radial glow you want. There is an effect called "Star" that you can keyframe to pulse and change intensity. NewBlue VideoEssentials IV Magnifying Glass and NewBlue Video Essentials II Vignette can also be keyframmed to pulse and change intensity.
