I'm having problems installing Paintshop Pro X5 from CD - I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 running Windows 7 Home Premium with SP1 installed.
I'm prompted to run the Setup.exe and the Installation Wizard starts up with a progress bar and the text "Please wait". The progress bar runs normally, but then stops just before it completes - and then just stays like that! There isn't any error message and Task Manager says the Installation Wizard is still "running". I'm wishing I'd gone for the Download option now...
Does anyone know how to get around this problem? Grateful for any suggestions.
